Your appointments are very important to I.V.Beauty Academy, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24h notice for cancellations.

Notice Period

24 Hours Notice: We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer your slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list.

Late Cancellations

Less than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply. This fee will need to be settled before booking your next appointment.

No-Show Policy

No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

10-15 Minutes Late: If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that we stay on track for other clients. In this case, a late rescheduling fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost may apply.

Emergency Cancellations

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion in genuine cases of emergency.

Booking Confirmations

Confirmations: We will send a reminder via SMS or Email 24 hours before your appointment. Please confirm your attendance or make any necessary changes at this time to avoid any cancellation fees.

Deposits

High-Value Services: For high-value services (e.g., weddings, group bookings), we require a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total cost at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.

Refunds and Credits

Refunds: Fees for late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. In certain cases, credits may be applied to your account at our discretion.
