Using the services of the Site I.V.Lashes&Brows (hereinafter referred to as the Site), the Customer expresses consent to the Privacy Policy. The Site reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy at its discretion.The Customer assumes responsibility for reviewing the updated version of the Privacy Policy, in accordance with which the rules for using the Site are regulated.
2.COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Site I.V.Lashes&Brows collects some information about the Customer that is personal in nature, but the Customer himself decides how much to provide it.The Site agrees not to sell or provide personal data of the Customer to third parties under any circumstances.The Site may use the Customer’s personal information in order to contact him for the purpose of commercial offers, news, as well as other information of interest to Customers.When using certain services of the Site, for example, an online booking, the Site invites the Customer to provide certain personal information by filling out the Form. The decision to use or refuse such services is made by the Customer.If the Customer wants to use these services, the Site may ask him to provide personal data, for example, name and surname, email address, phone number and other information identifying the Customer. Depending on the type of service, some personal information must be provided without fail, while other information is provided at will. If the Customer does not provide the information necessary to provide a particular service, such a service cannot be provided to him.When providing information on the Site, the Customer agrees that this information may be stored and processed by the Site.
3.PRIVACY CLAIMS
If the Customer has an opinion that the Site has not fulfilled its obligations to comply with this Privacy Policy, a complaint letter can be send using the contact form. The letter should describe in as much detail as possible how the Site, in the opinion of the Customer, violated the Privacy Policy. All complaints will be dealt with properly.If the Customer does not agree with the Privacy Policy of the Site, it is not recommended to use the services of the Site.
4.DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the Customer and the Site, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute).The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim.If the agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority at the location of the Site, in accordance with the current legislation of South Africa.
5.ADDITIONAL TERMS
The Site has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the Customer.The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.All suggestions or questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be addressed to the email address indicated on the site.
